I love it.

- I couldn't sleep last night as I kept thinking about it. I just went out driving from 3am-5am.

- That made for a long day at work.

- It's tail happy in the wet.

- The ass end can come out in the dry in second gear.

- It is super engaging in the corners. In terms of handling it feels even better than my old 2000 Acura Integra GSR. There is a good bit of roll, but the lightness and the grip is amazing.

- I will be going to the Dragon on my next day off.

- OMG this is the most fun convertible I have been in. Better than the NC Miata, NB Miata, S2000, Jaguar f-type. So much of you is showing and, you are so low.

- I am too tall for this car. My legs pretty much constantly touch the steering wheel.

- I can still heel-toe in it.

- Interstate + Monsoon rain = TERROR

- Not sure if I am ready to take the dog in it.

- 1995 feels so long ago. I almost don't want to upgrade the radio because I love the old look of it.

-PEOPLE STARE

That's the Miata life for ya. I may never part ways with my NA, but I pretty much can with my NC.

I found out about the "tail happy in the wet" by accident on the second day I owned my 95. Didn't hit anything but gave myself and my friends behind me a damn good laugh.

Off subject, but if your avatar means what I think it means, "Roll Tide!"

1995 feels so long ago.

Maybe for you, ya young whippersnapper!

Did yours come with the Torsen rear end or is it open?

I can vouch for the monsoon+big rigs=new shorts.

Open. Not ideal, but I am just having too much fun to care. Maybe sometime down the line I do the swap.

Did you start off with a full tank of gas?

I ask because you mentioned it being tail happy in the wet. My NB has a Torsen and I have a hard time getting the back end out even when I want to. Rain or shine it doesn't matter. Tires might have something to do with that as well.

Yeah the tires aren't some big name brand, and that's fine. I will probably keep all seasons on it just to keep the handling free.

A little over 3/4 of a tank. I am delighted to own a vehicle that runs 87. Been 8 years.
